At the Lala Marathon (Torreon, Mexico) you motivated and ran with me the last one and a half kilometer. Thank you so much, I really appreciated this. I looked for you at the finish to thank you personally, however I couldn't find you anymore. I cried the last 100 meters and also some minutes afterwards from pure happiness, imagine 140 days afther three surgeries.
My dear "mayor witch"! Watching the numbers: a total time of 4.35.16 (rhythm and strategy sent by German: 4:35)! I felt sensational, definitely I have more heart than legs, I mean, I never felt fatigued, just some normal pain coming and going, like in my legs, calves or even the sole, but nothing that could stop me.
"Last weekend in my training schedule I had to run 1 hour 50 min. I was very surprised, because I ran the distance of a half marathon in 1 hour 52 min. and my best time until then was 1 hour 58 min. That means for me now I’m a mile faster than my previous time, without pain in the shoulders as I experienced in the past”
